One Jain sangh management platform for your entire community

NamoHub is Jain sangh management software for member households, donations and receipts, events, pathshala, fundraising, and communications. It is built for Jain centers and community organizations in the United States and Canada.

Who it is for

Trustees, administrators, treasurers, pathshala teams, and the member households they serve. Sanghs running derasar and sthanak operations. Pathshalas and gyanshalas tracking enrollment and attendance. Mahila mandals, seva committees, and swadhyay circles. Multi-sangh Jain centers and regional federations managing shared calendars, dues, and household affiliations.

The problem it replaces

Most sanghs run on a spreadsheet for members, a second one for donations, a form tool for event signups, a payment app, and a mailing list. None of them agree about who is in which family, so every Paryushan someone rebuilds the list by hand. Generic nonprofit CRMs do not fix this. They store contacts, and a sangh is made of families.

Built around the household, and around Jain practice

Add a family once. Track parents, kids, and extended members under one roof. Roles, contact preferences, and giving history roll up cleanly, with no duplicate records to deduplicate later.

The Jain concepts are in the data model, not the vocabulary. Giving is organised by kshetra, with dev dravya, gyan dravya, jivdaya, and sadharmik kept as separate ledger heads, and which kshetra exist depends on whether your center is Murtipujaka, Sthanakavasi, Terapanth, or Digambara. NamoPass is a Jain identity your members carry for life, across every sangh they belong to.

What NamoHub does

Members and households

Household roster, member directory, custom fields, lifecycle tracking. A family is one record, not five.

Donations and receipts

Recurring giving, Paryushan pledges, puja and bhojan sponsorships. Every donation is tagged to the right family, with tax receipts issued automatically and clean year-end summaries. Built for U.S. 501(c)(3) workflows; DAF and stock gifts are supported.

Events and registrations

Run snatra pujas, Paryushan programs, pathshala classes, and Swami Vatsalya from one calendar. Households RSVP for the whole family in a click. QR check-in, capacity rules, and waitlists handle the rest.

Pathshala and gyanshala

Enroll siblings together. Take attendance on a phone. Send progress notes to parents. Grade-level classes, Paryushan programs, and youth shibirs run from the same roster.

Fundraising

Peer-to-peer pages for the derasar renovation, the youth shibir, the Jiv Daya fund. Team totals, gifts matched within a household, pledge tracking, and donor recognition without spreadsheet math.

Communications

Email the household, text the parent, push to the youth app. Segment by attendance, giving, language, or pathshala class. Every send respects per-member opt-ins. Member-facing screens, statements, and email in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and a growing list of Indian languages.

Moving from what you have today

We import members, households, donation history, and event records from CSV, QuickBooks, and most legacy CRMs. We do the heavy lifting on the first import, with no setup fees. You get a test import to check before anything goes live.

Your data stays yours

Export everything in standard formats any time. Ask and we produce a full export of your members, households, giving, events, and enrolments. No exit fee. We do not sell, train on, or share member or donor data with third parties.

Encryption at rest and in transit. Permissions enforced at the query layer. Audit logs on every donation and member change. Day to day, exports are permissioned by role: the treasurer exports payments, the registrar exports a class roster.

FAQ

Questions sanghs ask before they switch

Is NamoHub only for Jain sanghs?

Yes, and it could not be otherwise. The Jain concepts are in the data model, not the vocabulary. None of that is a setting another community could switch on.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets and our current tools?

Yes. We import members, households, donation history, and event records from CSV, QuickBooks, and most legacy CRMs, and do the first import for you.

How does pricing work?

Pricing scales with the size of your sangh. Tell us roughly how many households you serve and what you need, and we will give you a number. No setup fees either way.

Who owns our data, and can we leave?

You own everything, and you can leave with it. Full export on request, no exit fee.

What about donor privacy and tax compliance?

Built for U.S. 501(c)(3) and equivalent international charity workflows. Receipts include the required language; DAF and stock gifts are supported. We never sell or share member or donor data.
