How customers and namohub agree to work together.

How customer terms work today

namohub is in a pre-public-pricing phase. Every customer signs a written master service agreement before any production data is loaded — there is no click-through terms-of-service that binds you to a generic SaaS contract. The MSA covers the points that matter: ownership of customer data, mutual confidentiality, uptime expectations, support response, termination, and data return on exit.

What you own

Your data is yours. namohub holds it in trust and returns it on request, in standard formats (CSV / JSON / Stripe export for billing history), at no cost during the term and for 30 days after termination.

What we agree to

Operate the platform with reasonable care. Keep customer data confidential. Notify you of any incident that affects your tenant within 72 hours of confirmation. Process data only as instructed by your administrators and as needed to operate the service.
